Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Middle-Senior React Developer to join our dynamic team at Making Science | Sweeft. As a React Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative digital solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust applications that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.
2. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
3. Implement best practices and standards for front-end development to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of the applications.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
6. Work closely with the QA team to identify and address bugs and ensure the quality of deliverables.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in front-end development technologies and frameworks.
8. Contribute to architectural and technical decisions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
9. Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in developing web applications using React.js.
3. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
4. Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
5. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
6. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
7. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
8. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
