We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Reporting Specialist to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with foundational accounting experience who are eager to develop their skills in financial reporting and data analysis.

The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for accurate processing, verification, and entry of financial and operational data into accounting systems. The role involves preparing timely and precise reports to support financial decision-making and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎯 What we’d like you to do

• Process and validate daily and month-end financial transactions
• Accurately enter data into accounting software
• Reconcile and record bank statements and inter-account transfers
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports
• Generate, review, and distribute invoices and related financial documents
• Ensure data integrity in line with accounting principles and internal controls
• Assist in preparation of accounting and tax documentation as required by regulations and management
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Accountant and Reporting Manager to support various accounting functions

• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in accounting or finance-related administrative roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Basic understanding of accounting standards, with a strong willingness to expand knowledge
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
