We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative based in Tbilisi to drive international sales initiatives and achieve scalable revenue growth. This role requires strong client engagement skills and the ability to identify new market opportunities. You will collaborate directly with executive leadership to execute current strategic plans and shape future growth trajectories.
🎯 What we’d like you to do
- Partner with senior leadership to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop additional sales growth strategies
- Create, implement, and refine comprehensive sales strategies to meet short- and long-term business objectives
- Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across the organization to ensure alignment on messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Implement and manage a modern revenue tech stack including CRM, BI tools, and customer data platforms to streamline operations
- Analyze sales performance reports and provide insights to refine strategy and execution
- Participate in key client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports and forecasts
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategy and maintain competitive edge

- 4+ years of progressive experience in international B2B sales, Experience in the tech or IT outsourcing industry is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling global sales functions
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
- Expertise in consultative sales, customer lifecycle management, and solution-based selling
- Familiarity with modern CRM, sales enablement, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker)
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management abilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
